Service Description

A yearly review of the rent on your property against current local evidence, with our recommendation on whether to increase and by how much. Where an increase is agreed we serve the Section 13 notice on the correct form and with the right effective date, so it stands up if the tenant refers it to the tribunal. Fixed terms no longer exist, so this replaces the old tenancy renewal. All fees are plus VAT.
