The Renters' Rights Act

The Renters’ Rights Act has fundamentally changed how tenancies work in England. Fixed terms are largely gone, notice periods have shifted and rent increases now run through a statutory process with a tribunal backstop. If you get the form, the timing or the effective date wrong, the whole notice can be invalid.
We serve these notices correctly as a matter of routine and plan rent reviews around the new timetable, rather than reacting to it at the last minute.
If you’re a landlord, ask us for our landlord briefing — a plain‑English summary of what has actually changed and what it means in practice.
