Rent/Tenancy renewal

Great Newport Ltd are offering a service to all landlords who are managing their property directly and require assistance in renewing their current tenancy agreement for a further period. We will also negotiate with the tenant(s) a possibility of a rent increase in line with the current market. This can be helpful if you find it awkward in approaching your tenants to negotiate renewal terms.
