Congratulations for choosing to let through Great Newport Ltd. To help us make the transition into your new property as smooth as possible below is an outline of our tenant’s terms and conditions.

 

Reservation Administration Fee

To reserve a property, a reservation fee equivalent £500 payable. The payment secures the property and is non-refundable. If you fail in your application, the Landlord has the right to withdraw from the process, and the reservation administration fee is non-refundable. If the landlord withdraws from the process, then a full refund will be given back to the applicant.

 

Once the references have been accepted, the final balance will be due at least 3 working days prior to the move in date.

 

Please note, once the Tenancy commences, the reservation administration fee will be transferred to form part or whole of the capital Deposit and is then refundable under the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant.

• Photo ID

• Visa copy (if applicable)

• Proof of current address

• Last three months bank statements or payslips
